A Reflective Prayer at the Cross
This prayer is designed for each of us to pause and add our own prayer sentences and to keep developing the prayer. There are three sections to it:
- What I see;
- What I hear;
- What I do.
- Then a summary section of what I see, hear and do TODAY.

- When I look at the Cross I see hope for a new beginning.
- When I look at the Cross I see that my sins are forgiven and I am free.
When I look at the Cross what do I hear?

What do I see, hear and do when I look at the Cross TODAY?
- When I look at the cross TODAY I see that Jesus is not there he is risen.
- When I look at the Cross TODAY I hear that the same Spirit that raised Jesus from the dead lives in me.
- When I look at the Cross TODAY I choose to believe that the risen Lord lives in me and that I can live in the same power moment by moment.
