Lead Minister, All Saints Anglican Network Launceston

WANTED: A big-picture leader for Tasmania’s northern city

Launceston and the Tamar Valley (population 119,000) are located in Northern Tasmania. Launceston is known for its parks and well-preserved Colonial and Victorian architecture. The region is known for its city and country charm, gorgeous old towns, excellent food and wine and beautiful scenery. In 2021 Launceston was named a UNESCO City of Gastronomy. Launceston has numerous excellent primary and secondary schools. In addition, the University of Tasmania (UTAS) has a major campus in Launceston, including the world renowned Australian Maritime College (AMC).

The All Saints Network is a vibrant network of four Anglican Churches in Launceston and the Tamar Valley. Each of the sites has their own distinct flavour and style. The people are wanting and working to see our churches continue to transform into places of outreach and community that bring life and light to where they live, work and play. They are seeking a faithful, gospel-hearted Minister to answer God’s call to lead our Network. The successful applicant will have the capacity to influence a network of churches and the region they serve, while working with a passionate team of paid staff and volunteers to serve God’s Kingdom here in Tasmania.
