The parish of Sorell, Richmond and Tasman are looking for an Office Administrator.
This part-time role (9 hours per week) would suit someone with experience in general office administration. There is the possibility that the role (position description and hours) could be adapted to suit someone currently undergoing accredited Certificate-level training in administration who doesn’t have experience.

The role is for a period of 2 years.
Core tasks include:

  • General Enquiries – first point of call for internal and external parish contact
  • Publishing – digital and paper-based communications
  • Office management – stationery and office resources
  • Facilities bookings – manage property hirers and enquiries

The successful applicant will be experienced in word processing, digital filing, and able to confidently navigate social media and webpages for content creation.
